Warehouse Operation – Job Scope

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Conduct stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, goods receiving notes, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, sales, and logistics teams on stock movement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (if required and authorized).
• Assist with stock transfers and inventory audits.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company procedures.
• Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the management.
