Position : Project Manager – Technology Transformation

Location: Mercu Aspire, KL Eco City

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 t*************)

Employment Type: Contract with PERSOL until 30 June 2027

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM20,000 - RM27,000 (based on experience & qualification)

About the Role

This role leads a large‑scale, multi‑year technology transformation program focused on platform modernisation, reduction of external dependencies, and transition to strategic internal systems. You will work at the intersection of architecture, product, delivery, and senior stakeholders, driving initiatives from early discovery through execution, migration, and legacy decommissioning.

This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role, requiring strong execution discipline, the ability to influence multiple squads, and confidence navigating ambiguity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager delivering large, complex technology transformations
• Strong background in platform modernisation, system replacement, or re‑platforming initiatives
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams (not just coordinate) and hold teams accountable for outcomes
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO); JIRA experience will also be considered
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and 8 Agile squads (7–8 members each)
• Experience working closely with architects, engineers, and product managers in matrixed environments
• Strong vendor and financial management skills, including multi‑year budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong risk and change management experience, especially around migration and cutover
• Open to candidates from any industry, with a strong preference for delivery leadership and retail / product‑focused environments
