Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders accurately, process payments (POS system), and handle complaints professionally.

Food & Beverage Service: Prepare food/drinks to standard, serve efficiently, ensure accurate orders with condiments, clear tables, and present bills.

Kitchen & Operations: Assist with food prep, operate kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens), restock supplies, and perform opening/closing tasks.

Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize workstations, dining areas, utensils, and restrooms; follow all health, fire, and security regulations.

Teamwork: Support other staff, communicate kitchen needs, and work collaboratively to meet goals.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
