Inventory Management

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming shipments.
• Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained and perform regular stock counts.
• Update inventory records in the system

Order Fulfilment & Delivery

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with couriers or transporters for outgoing shipments.
• Track deliveries and update delivery status.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare packing lists, and other shipping documents.
• Maintain filing and records of logistics transactions.
• Assist in preparing reports on stock movement and logistics performance.

Warehouse Operations Support

• Ensure products are stored in the correct location and comply with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in loading/unloading of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse area.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve any logistics issues.
• Communicate delivery schedules or delays promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
