Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning; submit tenders within specified deadlines and attend tender interviews as needed.
• Handle monthly progress claims, manage variation orders, finalize accounts, and prepare payment certificates for projects.
• Checking the subcon invoices.
• Source, negotiate, and shortlist subcontracts and suppliers for current and upcoming projects.
• Attend site meetings, perform site valuations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain thorough records of contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and support final account documentation.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and project efficiency.
• Any additional responsibilities/tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must have same industry field experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably with an Interior Design background or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong project coordination and time management.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in contract law or related certifications is an advantage.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
