Tanggungjawab
· Accounting: Assist in accounting entries, reporting, reconciliation, statement of accounts and any other accounting matters assigned.
· Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
· Filing and Document Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records, physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible. Monitoring and processing of KIV items.
· Communication: Answering phone calls, directing calls, taking messages, and communicating with staff and customers.
· General Office Support: Performing tasks such as preparing reports, making copies, scanning and assisting with mail and any other matters assigned by the management.
· Others: Any other responsibility or tasks assigned by the management.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
