• Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and making job offers. Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Employee Records & Documentation – Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Leave & Attendance Management – Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance – Process and manage monthly payroll, including salary calculation, overtime, and deductions. Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN, KWSP, SOSCO, EIS, and HRDF) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
• Employee Relations – Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance and support to employees, and assist in disciplinary and grievance handling in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law.
• Performance Management – Support performance review processes, compensation adjustments, and employee benefits administration.
• Training & Development – Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,600.00 per month
