System Engineer - Full time (fully onsite)

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Salary: RM 7,500 – RM 8,000/month

Industry: IT solutions and system integrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, maintenance)
• Perform preventive maintenance, create documentation & user guides
• Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines
• Coordinate major escalations and drive process improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met
• Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers

Key Requirements:

• 3–8 years hands-on experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) – Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL
• Backup solutions: Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity
• Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, SharePoint (advantage)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willing to work beyond office hours if required.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
