WE ARE HIRING | Junior Customer Support

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: Up to RM3,500/month (Including KPI Incentive & Night Shift Allowance)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints through calls, emails, and online channels
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure issues are resolved professionally
• Record customer interactions and update case details in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer service experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is an added advantage.
Willing to work on rotational shifts (24-hour operation).
Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented.
