What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome clients and guests during appointments, seminars, and networking events
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Support registration, guest reception, and event logistics
• Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are well-prepared before guests arrive
• Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks
• Liaise with internal team members to ensure a smooth client journey
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
