We are looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, love talking to people, and want to help us grow our client base, we want you.

The Job Scope

• Lead Generation: Find new potential clients through research (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events).
• Client Management: Help follow up with existing clients, answer emails, and set up meetings for the senior team.
• Admin Support: Prepare sales pitches, update our database, and track team targets.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and look out for new market trends.

What we are looking for

• Experience: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh grads are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Good communication skills, comfortable making phone calls, and proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Mindset: Independent worker who can handle rejection well and is willing to learn fast.
