• Manage Customer Requests & Provisioning
• Maintain Data & Asset Integrity; Oversee, update, and audit comprehensive documentation
• Coordinate Scheduling & Operations
• Ensure Financial & Billing Accuracy; Verify LOA (Letter of Authorization) details and assist with internal administrative tasks like OPEX budget tracking and maintenance contract renewals
• Reporting & Prepare periodic internal and customer-facing reports

skills and experience required

• Minimum 1 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Telecom facilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, web-based ticketing systems, and Change Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of basic contract administration, billing verification, or asset tracking.
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
