Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (English + Hindi)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)

Roster: Alternate week off based on the roster schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT Service Desk support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access through Active Directory.
• Resolve issues related to Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
• Troubleshoot VMware/VDI, VPN, and Remote Desktop connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Deliver excellent customer support while ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.
• Hands-on experience with End User Computing (Desktop/Laptop/VDI).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of VMware/VDI environments.
• Experience supporting VPN and Remote Desktop.
• Hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
