Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Sector: Manufacture of Computer, Electronic & Optical Products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and all internal functional groups to ensure customer needs are met
• Communicate customer requirements effectively across teams
• Own and manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) submissions
• Set up and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in the SAP system
• Raise internal Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) from customers
• Lead Project Management for New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring timely, accurate, and quality delivery
• Manage phase-in/phase-out and qualification build activities
• Actively manage NPI materials, resolving obsolete/inactive stock with customers in a timely manner
• Lead change management initiatives
• Drive quarterly and/or yearly cost-saving exercises with customers and internally
• Stay abreast of customer technology and business roadmaps

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree holder in any relevant discipline
• 5 - 7 years of experience in related field
• Experience in SAP database management preferred
• Familiarity with BOM structure and project planning preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Dynamic team player — self-motivated, result-oriented, and open to new challenges
• Resourceful, responsive, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, logical, and systematic problem-solver
