Location: Johor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project execution across all ICX workstreams, tracking progress against the master project plan and sprint schedules
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple development teams
• Maintain and update the project RAID log, escalating critical items to the Programme Manager
• Coordinate resource allocation and workstream scheduling in collaboration with Development Managers, BA Lead, Test Manager, and Infrastructure Lead
• Produce weekly project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for the Programme Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Manage onboarding of new team members ensuring access, tools, and onboarding documentation are in place
• Track sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery metrics to identify schedule slippage early and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with IT and business teams on requirement clarifications, UAT scheduling, and sign-off activities
• Manage project documentation repository in Confluence ensuring artefacts are version-controlled and accessible
• Support change request processing including impact analysis, scheduling adjustments, and documentation
• Liaise with QA and Test Manager to ensure test cycles, defect resolution, and regression testing milestones are met
• Coordinate parallel run logistics, user training scheduling, and production cutover readiness activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience with at least 3 years managing enterprise software delivery projects in an Agile environment
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required
• Agile/Scrum practitioner certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams including developers, BAs, QA, and infrastructure engineers
• Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools specifically Jira and Confluence
• Experience using MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools for milestone and resource tracking
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across onshore and offshore teams in different time zones
• Experience in utilities, government services, or customer-facing enterprise platform implementations is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
