Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day HR Administration & Payroll and activities including Recruitment & Selection - Prepare recruitment reports to keep tabs on costs involved, the timeline for recruitment and etc.
- To be responsible for the full spectrum of payroll (salary pay, statutory requirement, and compliance with the local requirement).
- Maintain a high level of checking and reporting back, and initiate action where necessary.
- Ensure payroll records including statutory contributions are timely & accurately maintained according to legislation.
- To prepare payroll reports and analysis including payroll audits as requested by the Authorities if required.
- Perform a variety of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonuses, allowances, claims, and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments; and processing new hires and terminations.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and correspondence and conduct induction programs when needed.
- To monitor and maintain employee personal records to ensure all information is updated and documented accurately.
- Coordinate all training registration, schedule, sourcing for training vendors, and organize employee engagement activities.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management review (eg. attendance, turnover etc)
- To perform and ensure all daily HR operational issues/matters are handled and solved in accordance with HR policy and procedure.
- To handle staff disciplinary and grievance issues.
- To manage HR system in time attendance & leave management data entry.
- To support in task related to office general administrative task
- To perform any other task as assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- At least five (1) years of work experiences in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industry.
- Have good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia law and Industrial law.
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Fluent in using HR software like Infotech would be an added advantage.
