Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in developing high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing our in-house solution, MSSGard, while continuously improving system performance, scalability, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the in-house solution, MSSGard, based on business and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain a Continuous Integration (CI) framework to streamline MSSGard delivery processes.
• Research and evaluate emerging real-time processing engines and big data analytics technologies.
• Continuously improve MSSGard’s performance through profiling, optimization, and code enhancements.
• Provide software development best practices and technical guidance to ensure high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex, high-performance applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Framework.
• Strong web development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), particularly PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of software design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Experience with version control and build tools, such as Git, Maven, and Mercurial.
• Experience working with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or WildFly.
• Ability to work across both Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning concepts.

Preferred / Added Advantages

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience developing highly scalable and multi-threaded applications.
• Knowledge of Complex Event Processing (CEP) technologies such as Apache Storm, Apache Spark, Flume, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Python and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of network and system management tools, protocols, and security technologies, including Syslog, SNMP, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering and optimization for different AI models and use cases.
• Practical experience with Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning techniques and domain-specific AI applications.
• Experience with AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases for AI-powered applications.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
