Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Working Time: 08.30am - 05.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

A. Human Resources (HR) Management

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle payroll administration, including the calculation of salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Maintain and update all employee records, attendance, leave, and other relevant HR data.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with the latest Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
  • Manage employee welfare, relations, and assist in resolving any disciplinary issues or grievances.

B. Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily office administration, including the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functioning smoothly.
  • Assist in preparing administrative reports and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Account & Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in an HR / Admin / Finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR Information Systems (Info-Tech).
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and possess good time-management skills.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
