Inside Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for selling a company’s products or services from an office or remote setting. Their duties include:
- Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries to identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Presenting products or services through demonstrations, presentations, and detailed explanations of features and benefits
- Closing sales and meeting quotas, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth purchasing process
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to adjust sales approaches and identify new opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients

- Experience in sales or business development, often 1–3 years for entry-level roles, with more experienced candidates demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently
- Negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
