Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Support Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di SOGO (KL) Department Store Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software including Servers, Networking, Printers, Emails and etc.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting of POS system including credit card and e-wallet terminals.
• To support IT Store Branches, Open VPN, parking system, firework system, VMware virtualization and Fortigate Firewall.
• Responsible to record and maintenance of IT infrastructure inventory list and ensure proper tagging/labelling.
• Perform periodic software audit on all computer systems.
• Perform administrative support and schedule routing of IT housekeeping.
• Keep records and/or create knowledge base in event of any IT incident, IT problem and change management occur.
• Responsible for any license and hardware warranty renewal for infrastructure appliances.
• To carry out any other IT assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware and Software.
• IT related experience in Retail and F&B industry are preferred.
• Understand on Network Infra and Virtualization.
• Strong communication skills, good work attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to standby during weekends and public holidays. During peak season will be needed to standby at the office, if required.
• Able to support after hours on-calls until store closing time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
