1. Responding to queries via email, or phone

2. Providing technical assistance for questions and problems

3. Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues

4. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure solutions

5. Identify and escalate priority issues

6. Properly escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support

7. Timely call assignment to field support personnel

8. Following up with field support personnel on SLA’s ensuring SLA is met for call assignment

9. Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

10. Ensure compliance with Flowco’s and client’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes and procedures, and adherence to safety standards in line with Flowco, client, and authority guidelines.

11. Actively support and participate in the company’s ESG initiatives.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
