Sepenuh Masa Production Planner Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,800 in Kemikon Sdn Bhd Prai - Maukerja

• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Responsible for plan and translate customer orders into production schedules.
• Prepare commit plan within 48 hour to Customer Service base on customer requirement and drive to achieve it.
• Drive and monitor daily output and shipment.
• Monitor PS aging and PS variances.
• Overseeing the entire production schedule and process until secure delivery.
• Monitor the production schedule plan VS actual and to ensure the defined cycle time for each process are met and feedback to Engineering for the long cycle time parts for improvements.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Managing of sub-con/supplier and issuance of purchase order. Liaise with sub-con/supplier in any delivery, problem statement or change request and assure material availability to support production line.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Expedite material releases & production schedules to communicate the changing needs of the manufacturing focus factory.
• Monitor the WIP accuracy and WIP level of the plant.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure meeting companies On-Time Delivery (OTD) target.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior/manager/management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree preferably with minimum 3 years of working experience in Production Planning.
• Familiar with sheet metal fabrication process and contract manufacturing environment will be added advantages.
• Possess good computer skills mainly Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office.
• Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
