Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Customers, Production, and Sales teams regarding order deliveries, customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related matters.
- Prepare and issue Job Sheets while ensuring the correct Label Approval Folder is retrieved.
- Process and administer Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
- Prepare and manage Customs declarations, transportation, and shipment documentation.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and control the distribution of Customer Specification Change Notices.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for machinery, equipment, and retail-related items, where applicable.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Maintain, update, and organize Label Approval Folders and related documentation.
- Update and provide customers with the latest Statement of Account upon request.
- Process and release Job Orders in accordance with operational requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the department.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, and other applicable regulatory or quality requirements.
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or Management from time to time.
Core Competencies / Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related computer systems.
- Knowledge of Customs procedures, transportation, and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
