Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the accounting and finance functions of our Malaysia operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and supporting statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.

· Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.

· Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

· Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

· Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

· Process employee claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.

· Assist with SST submissions, statutory filings, and compliance requirements.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities when required.

· Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and project-related expenditures.

· Support budgeting exercises and perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Experience handling Malaysia accounts.

· Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and statutory requirements.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
