Job Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our network infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and reliable connectivity across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and controllers.
• Monitor network performance and ensure network reliability and security.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of network, hardware, and software-related issues.
• Maintain network configurations, system settings, and infrastructure documentation.
• Support network security implementation, backup, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure activities.
• Perform network testing, hardware replacement, and preventive maintenance when required.
• Support MIS projects and other IT-related assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, IT Infrastructure, or related field.
• Minimum qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Possess CCNA, CCNP, Firewall-related certification or equivalent knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues.
