Branch Manager – Wellness Centre

Location: Semenyih, Selangor

Salam Alliance Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the operations of our Wellness Centre in Semenyih.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the Wellness Centre.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the branch team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
• Monitor branch performance and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch, retail, healthcare, wellness, or service operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
