Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Hetam Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a full-time on-site Finance Executive at Hetam Sdn. Bhd. in PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day finance operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory and reporting requirements.

Details:

• Salary: From RM2,300+ (based on experience)
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
• Prepare and process payments, invoices, and expense reports
• Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties for compliance
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and documentation
• Oversee staff-related financial matters (claims, allowances, benefits, etc.)
• Provide administrative support for finance-related matters as required

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
