Kerja Sepenuh Masa JUNIOR PURCHASING ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,600 di Kiong Gay (M) Plasterceil Johor - Maukerja

• Coordinate with waste glass suppliers to ensure smooth and continuous supply for production.
• Prepare waste glass receipts and arrange transport collection with drivers.
• Monitor and coordinate supplier deliveries according to schedule.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain accurate stock levels and safety stock.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and records properly.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers on time.
• Update Goods Receive (GR) records in the system accurately and promptly.
• Compile Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and POs for submission to the Accounts Department.
• Handle purchasing of machine spare parts, maintenance items, and related services.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SQL systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Hours :

• Mon - Fri : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Alternate Saturday : 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
