Job Summary
The Training Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of retail employees. This role supports learning and development initiatives, ensuring store teams are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with Store Managers and business leaders.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Conduct store visits to provide on-the-job coaching and support.
- Monitor employee training completion and maintain training records.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Merchandising teams to ensure training aligns with business needs.
- Perform other training and development duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or retail operations.
- Experience in the retail, footwear, fashion, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Willing to travel regularly to retail stores.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
