Role Description The Project Manager – Epicor – Implementation will oversee end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation activities for an on-site client location in Seremban. This contract role includes planning project phases, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinating internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing expediting and logistics related to system rollout, supervising inspection and validation of configured modules, and monitoring progress against milestones. The Project Manager will conduct regular status meetings, manage risk and issue logs, ensure documentation is accurate, and support testing, training, and go-live activities. The role also includes tracking project performance, reporting to leadership, and driving post-implementation review and optimization.
Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Experience as an Expeditor, with strong expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, materials, or project activities.
• Inspection experience, with the ability to review, verify, and validate system configurations and implementations.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, equipment, and on-site activities during implementation.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, preferably Epicor, in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and client teams on-site.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, IT, business, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Seremban for the duration of the contract and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
