Job Summary

You will develop innovative recipes for new food offerings and lead the Central Kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality products. You will ensure operational excellence in a demanding environment and support quality assurance across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Create and test new food recipes to expand the café’s menu and meet customer preferences
• Manage and coordinate Central Kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and uphold quality standards
• Operate effectively in a physically demanding environment, maintaining productivity during long working hours and in high-temperature conditions
• Perform cleaning and washing of plates and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene and operational readiness
• Conduct regular visits to café outlets to monitor and ensure consistent food product quality and adherence to standards
