Job Description:

• Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance of the Company.
• Drive business growth and market expansion across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the Greater China market.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, regional projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee organisational performance, resource planning, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including regional leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience managing business operations and commercial activities in the Greater China market, including Mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-border operations.
• Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
