Job Description & Requirements

Role Description

• To be a member of the PRIMA Asia Portfolio Management team providing support to the functions of Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Asset Management;
• Portfolio Management related analysis to include portfolio analysis; investment underwriting modeling; investment committee preparation support;
• Participating in the quarterly portfolio Valuation process including reviewing the valuations of each asset; reviewing the cash flow models, and; preparing the Valuation Committee materials;
• Asset Management related activities to include coordinating the preparation and periodic update of the Asset Management report; participation in the Annual Business Plan process, and quarterly Business Plan update;
• General support for Investor Coverage such as participating in Investor Diligence activities;
• General support in relation to monitoring the Singapore investment market;

Requirements

• The ability to work as part of a focused team across a larger organization, assume significant responsibility and exercise sound commercial judgment
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Superior written and verbal communication
