Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for Admin Assistant

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment
• Maintain and update customer records and sales database
• Support inventory checks and product availability tracking
• Prepare reports on sales activities and performance
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Sales Manager

Qualifications for Admin Assistant

• Experience in sales admin and relationship management (Preferred)
• Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills

Job Description

• Position Title: Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Changi Business Park
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm)(Alternate Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Allowance
• Duration: Full Time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
