The role involves identifying business opportunities, preparing technical proposals and quotations, managing customer relationships, coordinating product trials, and working closely with internal teams to deliver effective chemical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Job Responsibilties:
- Build and maintain a good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate product sampling, product trials, and technical evaluations with customers.
- Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with the technical and production teams.
- Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, including product specifications and supporting documents.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Adhere to best practices, standards and procedure in maintaining and assuring quality and safety and health system compliance to customer requirements.
- Perform any task assigned by the Lina Manager / Management.
Job Qualifications:
- Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience level of 0–2 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of chemical products or industrial manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Possesses own transport, willing to travel for business purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
