Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a software development team delivering enterprise applications and digital solutions.
  • Define technical architecture and provide technical leadership for backend services, frontend applications, and system integrations.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Plan and manage sprint activities, backlog prioritisation, and delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Review solution designs, application architecture, APIs, and database designs to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
  • Guide the development of AI-powered applications, chatbot solutions, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Establish and promote coding standards, DevSecOps practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
  • Identify and manage technical risks while supporting successful project delivery.
  • Mentor developers and foster continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 14 years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in a Development Manager or Technical Lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern backend frameworks.
  • Experience developing frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
  • Experience leading Agile software development teams.
  • Familiar with Azure cloud services and modern DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with relational databases and enterprise application development.
  • Exposure to AI, chatbot, or omnichannel solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Billing, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Government projects is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: RM17,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
