Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Cyberjaya. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for interior design and fit-out projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project costs, managing cost plans and budgets, and providing regular cost reports to project stakeholders. The role also covers evaluating contractor quotations, assessing variations, and supporting contract administration to ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters. Collaboration with designers, project managers, and suppliers is expected to maintain cost efficiency while upholding design and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong cost management skills, including Cost Control and Cost Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support budgeting and financial tracking.
• Candidates should possess solid BOQ preparation skills for accurate quantity take-offs and tender documentation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects, preferably within the Malaysian market.
• Proficiency in measurement and costing software, MS Excel, and basic project management tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
