Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while supporting strategic business decisions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Nice to Have:

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Experience with ERP or financial management systems
