We're Hiring: Accounts Assistant

Location: Singapore

At Enrich Management Consulting LLP, we provide accounting, tax, GST, corporate secretarial, payroll, and business advisory services to SMEs across a wide range of industries.

As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an Accounts Assistant who is passionate about accounting and eager to build a rewarding career in professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain bookkeeping records and accounting entries.

Prepare bank reconciliations, journals, and accounting schedules.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements.

Support GST filings and Singapore tax compliance.

Assist with ACRA compliance and corporate secretarial matters.

Liaise with clients to obtain accounting records and supporting documents.

Process transactions using accounting software and generate reports.

Support audit assignments and other accounting-related engagements.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Exposure to accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, AutoCount, or similar is an advantage.

Basic understanding of GST, ACRA compliance, and Singapore tax regulations is preferred. Training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
