Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor workmanship, identify quality issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, ITPs, NCRs, and quality records.

- Coordinate inspections, material testing, and approvals with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

- Review material submissions, shop drawings, and quality documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

- Assist in quality audits, project handover documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Liaise with the project team on quality-related matters and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.

- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and construction quality standards.

- Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
