BMS Project Engineer – Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Building Services, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of BMS project experience.
• Must have experience working on data center projects.
• Good knowledge of BMS systems, controllers, sensors, actuators, panels, and field devices.
• Familiar with BACnet, Modbus, and other common BMS communication protocols.
• Experience in BMS installation, testing, commissioning, point-to-point testing, and system integration.
• Able to read BMS drawings, control schematics, wiring diagrams, points lists, and sequences of operation.
• Familiar with data center systems such as CRAC, CRAH, AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, generators, UPS, fuel systems, and fire protection interfaces.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, M&E contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Able to manage site progress, manpower, materials, testing schedules, and project documentation.
• Experience preparing method statements, inspection forms, testing reports, progress reports, and handover documents.
• Able to troubleshoot BMS hardware, communication, programming, and integration issues.
• Familiar with commissioning stages, witness testing, alarm verification, interlocks, trends, and functional performance testing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Niagara, Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or equivalent BMS platforms is an advantage.
• CIDB Green Card and relevant safety certifications are preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
