Job description

The Goldsmith is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of tasks in the repair and goldsmithing section. The Goldsmith is also responsible for the customization of customers' jewelry. In addition, the Goldsmith must ensure that the workshop area is kept tidy, organized, and clean.

The Goldsmith must also ensure that chemicals in the workshop are stored safely and do not pose a hazard to others. Additionally, they perform supporting tasks in the Sales & Marketing department.

• Ensure that items being cut or repaired are in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Must ensure that workshop items, such as chemicals and machines, are kept in a safe condition and always covered.
• Ensure that item tagging is in accordance with the guidelines set by the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Inspect and ensure that the items being altered or cut match the accuracy of the customer's name and item details.
• Perform tasks related to cleaning customers' jewelry
• Ensure that the workshop tools are well-maintained and cleaned to prevent negligence, such as rusting tools and damaged machines.
• Carry out alteration or cutting work according to the established schedule.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Team in sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
