Panas Express is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing 24-hour unmanned convenience store chains. As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Renovation & Project Coordinator to support our fast expansion.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and fit-out projects for new and existing Panas Express outlets.
• Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure outlets are completed on schedule.
• Source, evaluate and manage contractors and vendors for renovation works.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and monitor project budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with landlords, property management, contractors and relevant authorities on renovation matters.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure outlets are ready for opening.
• Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation and monitor contractor performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works for existing outlets when required.
• Willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Building, Project Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in renovation, retail fit-out, construction or project coordination.
• Experience in retail or F&B renovation projects is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
