Job Responsibilities:

Pricing & Market Analysis

• Monitor hotel pricing competitiveness across key markets and competitor sets.
• Track and analyze room rate movements, occupancy trends, and revenue performance.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis against competitors and market performance indicators.
• Identify pricing opportunities and recommend actions to improve revenue and market positioning.

Performance Reporting & Insights

• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze business performance metrics including revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, conversion, and other key KPIs.
• Provide insights on market demand patterns, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises through analytical inputs.

Strategic Support

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate promotional campaigns and pricing initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies based on market intelligence and performance data.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market developments.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial and business decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Hospitality Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1– 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, commercial analytics, hospitality analytics, or related roles.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Experience with hotel performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and yield management is preferred.
