Responsibilities
Assess clients' needs and identify risks.
Use assessment tools and templates to develop case plans.
Advocate for vulnerable families and work with community partners to help them access support and opportunities.
Participate in client and community assessments.
Plan and support group and community programmes using appropriate intervention methods.
Support senior staff in implementing the centre's policies, procedures, and practice standards.
Carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Centre.
Job Requirement
Possess Bachelor Degree In Social Work
Prior 1-2 years’ experience as a social worker would be an advantage
Committed and can-do attitude
Effective report writing skills
