Location: Pioneer/Boon Lay MRT
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Transport pick-up at Lakeside MRT, drop-off at Boon Lay MRT
Job Duties:
Process and monitor sales orders in coordination with the Operations and Sales teams
Liaise with factories to track order status, delivery schedules, and payment matters
Prepare and process payment requests, non-trade invoice billings, and related documentation
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping, import, and export documentation in compliance with company procedures
Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and record management
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N Level qualification
Minimum of at least 1 year experience in administrative
Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling work matters
