Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Managers in scheduling sprint planning sessions, stand-up meetings, and client review workshops.

• Take minutes during project meetings and track action items to ensure developers and stakeholders follow through.

• Maintain project documentation, including change logs, version release notes, and user acceptance testing (UAT) checklists.

• Organize and manage shared drives/folders to ensure all project files are up-to-date and accessible.

• Coordinate logistics for off-site project workshops and client presentations.

Job Requirements:

• No minimum education required; we are looking for highly organized individuals with an eye for detail.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) is advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a software development cycle.

• Strong written English skills for drafting clear meeting minutes and reports.

• A genuine interest in learning how software products are built and delivered.
