• Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Your Responsibilities

Prepare Purchase Orders for vendors
Create and maintain item codes in ERP
Monitor stock requests and inventory movements
Receive and inspect incoming goods
Prepare weekly operational reports
Support wholesale customer enquiries and order fulfilment
Maintain good housekeeping of the nursery and office
Update daily tasks using Asana

We're Looking For Someone Who

Good command of Language (spoken & written)
Detail-oriented and organised
Good attendance and positive attitude
Team player with basic Microsoft Office skills
No prior plant industry experience required—we'll provide training!
