Prepare and organise ingredients, kitchen equipment, and workstations before service begins.
Cook and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Receive, inspect, and store food supplies while ensuring proper stock rotation and storage.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, storage areas, and food preparation stations.
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas after use.
Comply with food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and personal sanitation standards.
Prepare and serve meals for Café @ HQ at One-North while ensuring consistent food quality.
