Role Description The Business Development Assistant is a full-time remote role supporting the growth and partnership initiatives of Insight Genesis – IGAi across its key verticals. This role involves researching potential markets and partners, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and outreach materials. The Business Development Assistant will participate in virtual meetings, follow up with leads, and coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing market data, supporting customer engagement activities, and helping streamline business development processes. The role requires proactive collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in AI, data-driven solutions, and impact-focused products in finance, HR, education, or health is highly beneficial.
